Best way to time contractions (recommended apps)

There are several possible ways of doing this. You could use a normal watch or stop watch on your cell phone. For those that love making life easier with an app, I recommend the following:

1. Lamaze – Pregnancy to parenting. It’s a great app that tracks your appointments, pregnancy milestones, contractions and even diaper changes and breastfeeding. Available at www.lamaze.org for iPhone and Android.
2. Full Term – Labour contraction timer, pregnancy reference and kick counter. Available on Itunes.
3. Contraction timer – Google Play store.

They’re all very easy to use and makes it easier to monitor the frequency and duration of your contractions.
